The harriers sent 3 teams to compete at the annual FRA BRITISH RELAY CHAMPIONSHIPS in the Pendle area from Barley.

12 runners at Glossop with PBs for John S and Marie, good representation up in the North East with Carl and Beryl running at South Shields, Emma at Newcastle, and at Stamford Park where David Munday had another PB. Well done to these runners and the volunteers in Manor Park

WFRA catch-up Just to confirm that Tim Budd was 2nd and Alasdair Cowell 6th in the COTSWOLD OUTDOOR NORTH WALES SERIES and 4th and 10th respectively in the INNOV8 WELSH OPEN SERIES

WELSH RESULTS AND FINAL TABLES

Four harriers raced at the OLDHAM MILLTOWN HALF-MARATHON, for Chris, Caity and Neil it was in preparation for the Snowdonia Marathon. Despite having run the day before in the FRA Relays, both Chris and Caity achieved personal best half-marathon times on what is a tough undulating course. Well done to all.

Three harriers travelled over to Edale to take part in the PEAK RAID 3 ROUND 1,  a 3 hour score orienteering competition organised by Explorer Events.
