Stars of the show in Manor Park were Ian and Claire Oates who both celebrated their recent 20th Wedding Anniversary with personal best times at Manor Park. Ian went sub 22 for the first time and Claire has now lowered her pb by over 2 minutes in 2016. Congratulations Mr and Mrs O! Lynne Taylor, Paul Drury and junior runner Helen Litaba also registered new benchmark times. 79 Glossopdale Harriers have now ran at Manor Park since the inauguration in 2015. Uni trio Emma, Joe and Lizzy ran at Newcastle, Hull and Durham respectively, Kirsty was 2nd woman at Oldham and Matt C and Steven ran at Lyme Park where the former registered a course PB on this tough circuit.
