If you’re new to running, have recently got back into running after being out of action for a while or if you’re nervous about joining a running club, we’re here to help!

Running has an endless list of health benefits, both physical and psychological and running with a group is a great way to socialise, increase your confidence and motivate you to keep it up!

As a club, we train together on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. We meet at Glossop Leisure Centre and run on roads, trails and fells in and around Glossop and sometimes further afield. A large number of people in the club also enjoy going to races together for some friendly competition and a good day out.
